Job summary

Focused is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to drive execution across the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) portfolio. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic workforce transformation initiatives to align activities with objectives and outcomes.

Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you’ll partner with leaders across multiple teams to manage plans, governance, and reporting while maintaining visibility into risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and programs with tight timelines.
• Ability to create and maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive execution in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of strategic DiTTO priorities and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Monitor progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance processes and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Maintain portfolio visibility on milestones, resources, and outcomes.
• Assist in communications, change management plans, and stakeholder updates.
