Job summary

Improvado is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to drive execution across the Digital Talent & Transformation Office portfolio. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery of workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and on-track progress.

Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you’ll partner with leaders across Workforce Strategy, Analytics, Skills Intelligence, and Operations to manage project plans, governance, and communications, turning

Qualifications

Experience in project management, program management, or related transformations.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
Experience developing project plans, status reports, governance materials, and executive communications.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic execution: plan, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams.
Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies; address them proactively.
Coordinate governance: status reporting, steering committee prep, action tracking.
Maintain portfolio visibility on health, milestones, and resource needs; support leadership reviews.
Coordinate stakeholders and teams: schedule sessions, drive alignment and execution.
Improve processes: develop templates and reporting to boost efficiency.
Manage communications and change activities: draft communications and track adoption.
