Qualifications

Experience managing cross-functional projects with process improvements.
PM governance, status reporting, stakeholder management.
Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience preferred.
Formal PM certifications (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
Experience using RAID logs and dashboards to track program delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and root causes.
Develop future-state workflows and standardize improvements; define roles and accountability.
Maintain detailed program plans with scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and success measures.
Prepare concise status materials and governance documentation; track decisions and actions.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement approved solutions including change management.
