Job summary

Capital Group seeks an Advisor Practice Management Consultant to deliver guided learning experiences for top financial advisors and partner firms. You will present, coach, and consult across conferences, webinars, and events, traveling with the sales force as needed.

You will help design practice management curricula and content, collaborate with PM marketing and internal partners, and contribute to the growth of advisory practices with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 15+ years in the financial services industry.
• Experience as a financial advisor or investment salesperson (wholesaler, retirement plan consultant, national account manager or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience speaking about PM topics.
• Team contributor, innovative, organized, high energy, and results-driven.
• Creative in developing practice management curricula.
• Embraces diversity of thought and passionate about providing solutions.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Consulting: Guided learning experience for financial advisors.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and consulting to top financial advisors, COIs, and partner firm leadership teams.
• Travel with sales force members, including National Accounts Managers and WM Consultants.
• Represent Capital Group in leadership, moderation and subject matter expertise at broker dealer meetings.
• Moderation and consulting at Capital Advisor Forum events, webinars, and podcast programs.
• Participation in Capital Group national and regional sales meetings.
• Development of new practice management curricula and experiences.
• Development of industry-leading curricula across PM skills and topics.
• Creation of end-to-end resources including consulting workbooks and modular presentations.
