• 2-6 years of industry or project experience in Capital Markets.
• Knowledge on Investment (Trade Finance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Market Infrastructure).
• IT Operating Model Process design & reengineering.
• Knowledge on platform implementation, intelligent automation (RPA / AI) and analytics.
• Knowledge on business and digital transformation, project lifecycle frameworks, and product implementations (Desirable).
• Project Management (Desirable), Agile Methodology (Desirable).
• Knowledge in platforms such as Murex, Calypso and Simcorp (Desirable).
• Management Consulting (Desirable).
• English Advanced (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge on financing structures. (Desirable).
• Knowledge on financial risk. (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for our clients (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Market Infrastructure) integrating strategy and consulting with Accenture capabilities.
• Help develop views on relevant industry issues.
• Prepare presentations, meeting reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in interdisciplinary work teams, reporting progress and risks.
• Participate in organizational, product and growth strategy design projects, defining operating models and building business cases.
• Collaborate in the preparation of proposals to develop new business.
