Iprospect in Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager, Planning to join our team. The role reports to the Associate Director and partners with the onshore Manager to guide day-to-day work and strategic direction for key clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in media planning/buying, strong knowledge of both traditional and digital channels, and proficiency with media research tools. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role within a global agency.

Formación

• 3-4 years total experience in media planning/buying
• English proficiency for email and verbal client communication
• Familiar with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics and related tools
• Experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native, Video, CTV/OTT, and traditional media
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to client objectives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day duties with the Associate Director and onshore Manager to meet client goals
• Coordinate across multiple media disciplines (SEM, Social, TV, OLV, OOH, Radio)
• Support upper-funnel media awareness campaigns and strategic planning
• Coordinate with creative agencies on assets and account needs
• Lead cross-channel media plans across TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio
• Communicate with clients on questions/concerns and monitor timelines
