Iprospect in Buenos Aires seeks a Planning Sr. Associate to support the offshore planning team across multiple projects, managing client media plans and helping prepare presentations.

You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, assist in multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with teams across borders under supervision of a manager. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, timelines, budgets, analyzing reports, and supporting campaign implementation with traffic sheets and asset

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing/advertising environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, finance or analytics is valued.
• Internships or prior professional experience are desirable.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver accurate, timely work.

Mansioni

• Support the Planning team in all phases of the media strategy process.
• Prepare proposals based on briefs, focusing on objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Create media objectives and strategies for clients.
• Analyze audience reports, reach/frequency, and data for business reviews.
• Develop competitive analyses with graphs for digital and offline media.
• Prepare presentations, flowcharts and adjust per client requests.
• Oversee campaign implementation with activation teams and traffic sheets.
• Coordinate with creative agencies to manage assets and QA processes.
• Manage budgeting, billing and reconciliation with vendors and Finance.
