Job summary

MSD LATAM is seeking an experienced professional to drive the Site Budgets & Payments Operational Excellence strategy in the assigned region. You will connect regional needs with global governance, ensuring compliant, scalable processes across budgeting, payments, and related systems.

The role requires seven years in clinical research finance or operations, with strong collaboration across regional teams, vendors, and compliance. Hybrid/remote work options apply based on commutable locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science, business, finance, technology, or related field.
Advanced degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the global Site Budgets & Payments Operational Excellence strategy within the assigned region.
Serve as the regional connection point for Site Budgets & Payments process and system matters.
Promote globally consistent end-to-end processes and controls while incorporating regional variations.
Coordinate regional assessment of budget and payment process issues and partner to address needs.
Translate regional requirements into enhancements across site budget and payment platforms and integrations.
Participate in user acceptance testing, readiness assessments, and post-implementation monitoring.
