Job summary

MSD Argentina seeks a seasoned country operations professional responsible for performance and compliance of assigned protocols, aligned with ICH/GCP and local regulations. You will manage budgets, CTAs, and country submissions ensuring site readiness.

You will liaise with IRBs, regulatory authorities, vendors and internal teams to deliver country milestones on time, maintain quality standards, and forecast financial needs while upholding compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in clinical research or combined experience in Clinical Research and Finance/Business
• Deep knowledge of budget management, CTAs and country submissions
• Experience interacting with IRB/IEC and Regulatory Authorities

Responsibilities

• Own country budgets and CTAs; oversee contract negotiations
• Coordinate country submissions and regulatory approvals for protocols
• Oversee financial systems and payments, forecasting with senior teams
• Ensure site readiness and compliance with ICH/GCP and local laws
