Baker Hughes seeks an experienced Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive growth by engaging key operators, delivering technical value, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.

The role requires deep technical knowledge in Directional Drilling and related tools, plus the ability to translate complex data into commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations and post‑well analysis.
