Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Strategic Design Leader to bridge business strategy, customer experience, research, and AI-enabled delivery across LATAM accounts.

You will shape complex opportunities into executable plans, steer multi-account engagements, and direct prototype strategy while coordinating multidisciplinary teams toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in experience strategy, service design, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record owning complex client engagements.
• Executive narrative development and transformation deliverables.
• Strong facilitation with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluent in English; Spanish strongly preferred for LATAM focus.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead discovery and problem framing for transformation initiatives.
• Turn insights into actionable experience frameworks, roadmaps, and prototypes.

We're on the hunt for a Strategic Design Leader who can navigate the overlap between business strategy, customer experience, research, innovation, AI-enabled delivery, and digital transformation. This role takes vague business problems and shapes them into well-defined opportunities, coordinated decisions, and executive-level deliverables. This is not your typical UX, Product Design, or people-management job.
