EY-Parthenon is seeking an Associate in Deal Management to support and execute operations-focused transactions. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate analyses, track stakeholders, prepare statuses, and deliverables across pre- and post-deal activities.

The role emphasizes rapid learning, collaboration, and delivering high-quality outputs while developing foundational consulting, analytical, and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 1 year of related work experience (or graduate degree with some experience).
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Ability to work in team environments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships internally and externally.
