EY-Parthenon – Strategy & Execution invites an experienced Manager to lead operational projects within Deal Management across diverse sectors. You will support strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of pre- and post-deal activities while driving value for clients.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to navigating complex integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approx. 3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to assess technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure in detail.
• Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage operational projects across sectors as a Director in Deal Management.
• Support the client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and tracking.
• Maintain a commercial mindset to drive value for clients.
