SDI International Corp. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee all contractual tasks across our client engagements. You will analyze, negotiate, and finalize contracts, coordinating with supplier and client teams while leading cross‑functional meetings.

Responsibilities include drafting agreements, conducting initial information reviews, and maintaining onboarding and supplier data accuracy to support risk assessment and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and review mandatory information to properly assess the initial requirements of our clients.
• Draft agreements based on current agreement templates and initial assessment.
• Have introductory phone calls with suppliers to explain contractual requirements and SDI’s relationship with the Client and the Supplier.
• Negotiate any changes that supplier might propose, aiming to have as minimum changes as possible
• Contract lead, meeting organization, and task management across organizations.
• Prepare a risk assessment based on supplier proposed changes, to be presented to client for approval and communication of inherent risk.
• Provide advice to Sourcing department on commercial T&Cs.
• Store and maintain all onboarding paperwork in repository
• Actively manage Supplier Onboarding Database to guarantee data accuracy for reporting purposes.
