Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract development, budget negotiations and changes with sponsors. You will collaborate with Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations and Legal to finalize master service agreements and change orders, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Applicants should bring CRO/pharma experience, strong Excel and Salesforce skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to project management in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of direct CRO or pharmaceutical data experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Draft and finalize contracts/change orders with sponsors across departments.
• Lead and participate in conference calls to negotiate terms and budget.
• Ensure scope of work and budgets are accurately reflected in contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations to obtain approvals and finalize documents.
• Track status and reporting of contracts in Salesforce and finance systems.
