Thermo Fisher Scientific in Argentina is seeking a Contract Manager to lead review, negotiation, and finalization of client contracts within our PPD clinical research portfolio. You will assess risk, ensure term compliance, and coordinate with the legal and client teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and solid understanding of pharma/ CRO contracting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in contracts or related role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates and terms with clients.
• Provide contractual risk assessment and liaise with the legal department as needed.
• Negotiate terms within approved parameters and communicate expectations to the team.
• Ensure alignment of terms with client expectations and company policies.
• Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks across regions.
