Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Category Manager HP Solutions to guide product line management and growth strategies. You will partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to execute category plans and monitor KPIs.

Responsibilities include shaping business plans, driving profitability, and translating customer insights into action while representing the team at senior levels and overseeing product line initiatives.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in category management, P&L, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Leads engagement with one or several sales teams with limited oversight from the manager in accordance with policies.
• Defines the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborates with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
• Monitors KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops action plans.
• Gathers and analyzes customer feedback to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Represents the team at senior levels with the sales force and other partners.
• Oversees product line and quota management for significant share of the range or customer segment.
