You will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient close processes while partnering with Finance, Tax, Audit, and business stakeholders.

You will build and develop a high-performing accounting team and champion adidas values—performance, passion, integrity, and respect—within a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Formación

• Strong experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Controllership roles.
• Proven track record in people leadership and team development.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and close processes.
• Experience working in multinational / matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls frameworks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Audit, and business teams to support strategic objectives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across accounting activities.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
