Community Sports Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support strategic decision-making for a growing youth sports operator.

You will own the accounting function end-to-end, including close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls, while partnering with the CFO and department leaders in a remote, distributed team environment.

Formación

• Full-cycle bookkeeping including payables/receivables and payroll.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to coordinate audits, tax filings and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Match bank feeds and reconcile accounts, including inter-company work.
• Manage AR/AP and staff reimbursements, process semi-monthly payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial statements.
