Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Argentina to own the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for large-scale products. You will work in a remote-first environment with optional Buenos Aires office access up to twice a week, shaping systems that span teams and platforms.

You will mentor senior engineers, define standards, and influence cross-functional architecture while solving high-concurrency, mission-critical challenges in a globally aligned tech organization.

Formación

• 10+ years in software development with distributed systems leadership.
• Strong knowledge of modern architecture, distributed data consistency, fault tolerance, and optimization.
• Proven ability to articulate engineering trade-offs and drive strategic roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Define architectural direction and roadmap for complex platforms.
• Break down ambiguous problems into simple, maintainable systems with clear interfaces.
• Set engineering standards and best practices across domains and teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and provide technical assessments to management.
• Participate as lead interviewer for senior and principal roles and influence hiring.
