QuintoAndar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its remote-first team in Argentina. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software, emphasizing scalable architecture, observability, and high-quality code.

The role requires fluency in English and Portuguese, strong experience with RESTful APIs, and hands-on work with AWS/GCP/Azure and Kubernetes. Join us to drive impact across LATAM with modern development practices and a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Proven experience with Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of database design and evolution.
• Experience designing and evolving software architecture from the ground up.
• Skill in creating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with observability and performance monitoring tools.
• Solid fundamentals in version control, testing, and deployment automation; code reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to improve team processes.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to maintenance.
• Uphold code quality through reviews and design discussions.
• Tackle scale, resilience, and fault-tolerance challenges.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot, and implement post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
