Grupo QuintoAndar in Argentina is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a remote-first role with optional office work in Buenos Aires up to twice a week. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable software, mentor engineers, and own the full development lifecycle from design to production.
Strong English and Portuguese proficiency are required. The team embraces Agile practices, modern architectures, and a high-performance culture aimed at impacting thousands of users in Latin
Formación
- Proven experience with Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong understanding of database design and evolution.
- Experience designing and evolving software architecture from the ground up.
- Skilled in creating RESTful APIs.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance tracking tools.
- Solid fundamentals: version control, testing, deployment automation, and code reviews.
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on data-driven, scalable software.
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English; communications in English commonly used.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software issues.
- Work with Agile methodologies and participate in ceremonies to improve processes.
- Own end-to-end software lifecycle: definition, development, testing, production, maintenance.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance and reviews.
- Design scalable architecture and ensure high code quality through reviews.
