Appnovation is seeking an experienced AI/Agent Engineer to join the core platform team. You will design and build MCP servers, tools, and graph-based RAG pipelines enabling access to multiple LLMs like Claude and Gemini.

You will partner with product, data and QA to raise answer quality and grounding. You should bring a strong, solution-focused mindset, thrive on fast-moving AI tooling, and deliver production-grade code within an Agile environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
• Strong Python, with hands-on experience in LLM application development and agentic patterns.
• Direct experience building MCP servers, tools, and skills.
• Experience with RAG and graph-RAG systems, vector databases, and embeddings.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve MCP servers, tools, and skills for multi-LLM exposure.
• Design and refine graph-RAG pipelines transforming documents into agent-friendly representations.
• Implement retrieval across source document, vector-RAG, and dense graph with temporal replay.
• Collaborate with QA for eval-driven improvements to answer quality and grounding.
• Write clean, tested production-grade code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, data, and QA in an Agile/sprint model.
• Document designs, prompts, and tool interfaces for maintainability.
