Responsibilities

• Review and analyze departmental financial statements and payroll reports.
• Coordinate, prepare and maintain account general and subsidiary ledger schedules.
• Prepare month end and year end closing of accounts.
• Prepare journal entries for adjusting and correcting accounting records.
• Audit tax withholding, travel authorizations and prepare appropriate payments.
• Reconcile inventory assets.
• Balance accounts and perform all reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, pro-formas, and cash flow projections.
