Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience leading and managing staff is a plus.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in GAAP and statutory principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Conduct project-based accounting and SOX/compliance research.
• Lead and mentor staff; supervise workload and performance.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and document controls.
• Provide accounting services to affiliated entities as needed.
