Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in Stuttgart, Arkansas, is seeking a Stacker-Shipping associate to keep packaging areas clean, check counts and product appearance, and assist with hand packaging. The role requires manual stacking of up to 110 lbs and wrapping packaged product in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform general sanitation, move goods, and follow all safety and food safety rules. The job includes lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for long periods, with overtime as needed including

• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be willing and able to lift and stack up to 110 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to climb up to 4 feet off the ground.
• Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and turn throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to tolerate working in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Manually stacking and packaging products.
• Maintain clean and safe packaging areas.
• Ensure counts and product appearance before, during, and after packaging.
• General sanitation: dry cleaning, sweeping, blowing, etc.
• Work with packaging equipment and display boxes as needed.
• Follow supervisor directions and duties as requested.
