Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Must be willing and able to climb up to 25 feet using catwalk and ladders.
• Must be willing and able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. a distance of 15 ft.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push and pull throughout the day as needed.
• Must be willing and able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE.
• Must be willing to work unsupervised and with others
• Work extended shifts and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform, producing, packaging of flour and crisp rice.
• May include driving of forklift or telescoping forklift.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow food safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations.
• Maintain required company forms and records.
• Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead operator or a member of management.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
