Job summary

Producers Rice Mill in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a Packaging/Sanitation Associate to ensure packaging materials are kept clean and safe and to maintain product quality before, during, and after packaging.

You will manually stack and wrap packaged product, hang packaging into bailers, and perform general sanitation tasks including dry cleaning. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing up to 30 ft, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to be trained to use air wands, brooms and scoops for basic cleanup.
• Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Able to climb up to 30 ft. high.
• Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist and turn throughout the day.
• Able to tolerate hot and cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work in outside weather conditions when needed.
• Able to work overtime including Saturdays.
• Willing to wear PPE and work unsupervised or with others.

Manually stacking and wrapping packaged product. Hang packaging of product into bailers. General sanitation activities (dry cleaning – Sweeping, blowing, etc.)

Basic Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to be trained to use air wands, brooms and scoops for basic clean up.
• Must be willing and able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to climb up to 30 ft. off the ground.
• Must be willing and able to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist and turn throughout the day.
