Job summary

Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in Stuttgart, AR is seeking an Automated Equipment Maintenance Trainee to support maintenance on robotic bagging lines and palletizers. You will learn to program, troubleshoot, and adjust for different bag sizes and pallet patterns while inspecting conveyors and maintaining parts stock.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to read instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Able to read, speak, write and understand fluent English.
• Willing to lift up to 100 pounds and work in hot/cold environments.
• Willing to be trained to operate robots and palletizers.
• Willing to follow safety and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance on robotic baggers and palletizers.
• Learn programming and troubleshooting for bag sizes and pallet patterns.
• Inspect conveyors and related equipment; maintain spare parts inventory.
• Perform greasing, parts replacement and basic electrical work.
• Maintain maintenance records and support equipment reliability.
• Welding or cutting for structure repair is a plus but not required.
