Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments.

The role includes automation, tooling, and incident management, with opportunities to work on modern solutions for Fortune 500 and top product companies. You will engage in building automation, managing incidents end-to-end, onboarding new clients, and ensuring platform observability and scalability.

Qualifications

4+ years operating Kubernetes in production.
Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
Experience with Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds.
Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with runbooks.
Manage incidents end-to-end including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work.
Identify and deliver process improvements.
Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components updated.
Proactively manage capacity as demand grows.
