Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. busca un Senior Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) para unirse al equipo de Partner Solutions Architecture.

Serás un asesor técnico de confianza para socios y clientes, diseñando soluciones en AWS que aborden desafíos empresariales complejos en Argentina. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en arquitectura empresarial, desarrollo de software, nube, datos e IA, y habilidades para interactuar con socios a todos los niveles.

Formación

• Más de 5 años en áreas de tecnología específicas (desarrollo de software, nube, ingeniería de sistemas, infraestructura, seguridad, redes, datos y analítica).
• Más de 5 años de desarrollo IT o implementación/consultoría en software o Internet.
• Más de 3 años de diseño, implementación o consultoría en aplicaciones e infraestructuras.
• Experiencia en presentaciones y comunicación con ejecutivos, IT, gerentes y desarrolladores.

Responsabilidades

• Ser el asesor técnico de confianza de socios y clientes en la adopción de nube/IA y la estrategia.A0Liderar el diseño de soluciones y la estrategia técnica, creando arquitecturas escalables y cultivando el crecimiento de ofertas de AWS.
• Diseñar y entregar habilitación a escala — talleres, arquitecturas de referencia y guías de buenas prácticas.
• Difundir la tecnología de AWS mediante whitepapers, blogs, presentaciones, bootcamps, meetups y conferencias para impulsar innovación.
• Capturar y compartir mejores prácticas con la comunidad más amplia de SA.
• Colaborar con Account SAs, Sales, TAMs, BD y equipos de servicios para acelerar la adopción de soluciones de socios.
• Actuar como enlace técnico entre socios y equipos de producto de AWS y orientar la hoja de ruta.
• Hacer crecer la organización de SA mediante contratación, mentoría y desarrollo de talento.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to join our Partner Solutions Architecture team. In this role, you will be a strategic member of the team, working directly with our most strategic consulting and technology partners to accelerate customer outcomes across Argentina.

As a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and their customers, helping them solve complex business challenges by designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on AWS. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to influence architectural decisions, shape partners' technical strategies, and drive broad adoption of AWS services. You will bring visible and measurable impact to partner growth ambitions, helping them dream and deliver beyond what they think is possible.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skill in enterprise architecture, software development, cloud, data and AI, along with demonstrated customer-facing skills at all levels of a partner organization. You will think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and act as an influencer whom partners and customers are eager to engage with.

Key job responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with strategic partners in South of America (SOLA) as their trusted advisor on cloud/AI adoption, architecture, and strategy.
• Lead solution design and technical strategy, creating scalable architectures and helping partners grow their AWS offerings to accelerate go-to-market.
• Design and deliver enablement at scale — workshops, reference architectures, and best-practice guides that uplift partner technical capability.
• Evangelize AWS technology through whitepapers, blogs, presentations, bootcamps, meetups, and conferences to drive partner and customer innovation.
• Capture and share best practices with the broader SA community, contributing to mechanisms that scale technical excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account SAs, Sales, TAMs, BD, and service teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions.
• Act as technical liaison between partners and AWS product teams, channeling feedback to shape the roadmap while championing partner value propositions internally and externally.
• Grow the SA organization by hiring, coaching, and mentoring talent, raising the bar across the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization
