Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping cloud adoption strategies and delivering end-to-end solution designs for complex workloads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop reference architectures and presentations for customers worldwide.

In this role, you will mentor other architects and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Formación

• 8+ years in tech domains such as software, cloud computing, or security.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex workloads, making architectural trade-offs across performance, reliability, security, and cost.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, professional services, support, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive technical solutions aligned to customer business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver technical content (reference architectures, design patterns, presentations) and represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events and customer engagements.
• Mentor and develop other Solutions Architects while translating customer feedback into actionable product and service improvement recommendations.

Our Solutions Architects team is seeking candidates to join our AWS team with a variety of skills to help shape and deliver on our cloud strategy for our global customers and partners. As a Solutions Architect, you will be on the front line of helping customers succeed using AWS technologies, linking technology with measurable business value for organizations ranging from start-ups to large, enterprise customers. You will be a trusted customer advocate, helping our partners understand advanced cloud-based solutions and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
• Experience working with end user or developer communities
