Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Nail Technician to join our Spa team in Santa Fe, Argentina. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in nail care and possess a valid state license. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests, maintain the spa's cleanliness, and promote our range of spa products.

Formación

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a nail technician.
• Must have a valid State License.

What you will be doing

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper attire and name tag when working.
• Always comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Must, at all times, to be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities including ensuring facility/amenities are in proper working order.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.
• Provide spa tours as necessary
• Promote and sell spa approved facial and body products using prescription pad.
• Check appointment schedule and print daily activities as required as well as complete daily reports.
• Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.
• Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections.
• Maintain current licenses and certifications as required.
• May be called upon to assist with front desk or locker room functions.
• Attend meetings/training as required by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by manager.
