Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa. You will balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and support front desk operations to ensure accurate daily reporting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and organizational and time-management skills. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our front desk team to ensure the balance of revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations. The position requires inputting data into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and etc.

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance of auditing and maintaining data for the hotel. You have at least one year of experience in a similar role and have excellent customer service skills. You are detail oriented. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
