La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dishroom attendant to maintain cleanliness across the dish area and kitchen. You will operate the dish machine, break down and clean equipment, and ensure proper hygiene standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy teamwork, and can handle a busy service period while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash d ish ware, sort and store clean china, glass, and silver.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area.
• Break down dishwasher and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile on kitchen walls and baseboards.

You have the ability to work in a fast past environment and have a keen eye for details to ensure cleanliness of all dishes, glassware and silverware. You have experience in working with commercial dish machines and cleaners. You enjoy working with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
