Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a hands-on SOC Manager to run a 24/7 security operations centre for a US lender. You will manage ~18 analysts across two sites and three shifts, ensuring compliant investigations and audit-ready records.

Based in Bogotá or Buenos Aires, you will report to a US-based SOC Lead, coordinating with governance and the client’s security team while driving rosters, hiring, coaching and escalation processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running or deputy-running a SOC or 24/7 NOC with security scope.
• English at B2 or above, able to explain targets and root cause to a US VP.
• Availability for on-site work in Bogotá or Buenos Aires during US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own rosters, coverage and handovers across shifts and two sites.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and coaching to build Tier 1–Tier 3 career paths.
• Run change control for detection rules and escalation thresholds.
