AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a Threat Hunting Lead to join the security operations team for a large US consumer lender. This 100% on-site role in Buenos Aires leads two analysts and collaborates with Detection Engineering to turn hypotheses into working detections.

You will own hunt strategy, execute across Elastic, CrowdStrike, Defender, Okta, and AWS data, and mentor teammates while communicating findings to client security leadership. Fluency in English required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in threat hunting, Tier 3 investigation or incident response with hunts from hypothesis to outcome.
• Fluent SIEM or data-platform querying across large data sets (Elastic, Splunk, Sentinel or equivalent).
• Strong MITRE ATT&CK knowledge and experience with LOTL, credential and lateral movement patterns.
• Experience leading or mentoring hunters or analysts across locations and presenting to client leadership.
• English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level; ability to work US Eastern business hours.
• Clearance checks required: identity, background, employment and education.

Aufgaben

• Own the hunt plan and build hypotheses from threat intel and telemetry gaps.
• Run scheduled and ad hoc hunts across CrowdStrike, Defender, Okta, Palo Alto, Proofpoint and AWS data in Elastic.
• Turn hunt outcomes into detectable items and ship them as client-ready detections.
• Present results to the client's security leadership and draft clear hunt reports.
• Direct and mentor two Threat Hunting Analysts across locations.
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering to ensure detections are implemented.
