Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a hands-on SOC Manager to run the day-to-day 24/7 security operations for a large US lender. You’ll lead ~18 analysts across Bogotá and Buenos Aires, ensuring rigorous audits, detailed case documentation and on-time escalation.

Responsibilities include roster management, hiring, coaching, and enforcing secure access. Strong knowledge of SIEM, incident response and regulatory alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running or deputy-running a 24/7 SOC/NOC with security scope.
• Ability to map investigations to evidence and audit-ready logs.
• Experience leading cross-site teams and managing rosters during attrition/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own rosters, coverage and handovers across three 8-hour shifts and two sites.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and coaching to build Tier 1–Tier 3 paths.
• Enforce secure suite rules and access policies.
• Track operational performance and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Own escalation paths and coordinate with incident response during major incidents.
