SenseOn is seeking a Security Analyst to join our global SOC, providing robust, round-the-clock security support for customers and internal teams. You will investigate alerts, analyze logs, and contribute to threat detection analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Argentina, you will work in a shift pattern (morning/day and day/evening) with no night shifts, and you will be expected to communicate effectively in English while supporting customers across regions.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Cover a 7 day shift pattern with morning/day and day/evening shifts.
• Respond to and investigate security alerts on the SenseOn Platform.
• Analyze logs and traffic patterns.
• Take ownership of case and Incident management, including first-line support.
• Generate high-quality customer-facing security reports.
• Conduct threat hunting on customer and company environments.
• Assist in creating threat detection analytics.
• Serve as escalation point and support all customers.
