Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is building a dedicated, 24/7 Security Operations Center for a major U.S. lender. We are hiring Tier 1 Monitoring Analysts (junior), Tier 2 Shift Leads (mid-level), and Tier 3 Senior SOC Analysts (senior).

All roles are full-time, on site in Bogotá or Buenos Aires, aligned to U.S. Eastern Time, with senior leads in the United States. Tier 1 validates and escalates alerts using a runbook approach; Tier 2 handles escalations end-to-end and communicates with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• English strong enough to communicate with a U.S. security team and write reports (B2+).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call pattern for your level.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 validates, classifies and escalates alerts per runbook.
• Tier 2 owns escalations from investigation to client notification.
• Tier 3 scopes, timelines, and provides containment recommendations and forensics.
