Job summary

Cold Steppe Inc. seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead Floor and Logistics Technicians on the AR-1 floor. You will ensure production, quality, and safety are on track during your shift and contribute to building the playbook for future shifts as AR-1 scales.

The role offers real opportunities for overtime and leadership growth, with a compensation range of $75,000–$85,000 per year and benefits aligned with our pay above local prevailing wages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing/industrial production with team leadership or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and flow.
• Safety-minded with ability to enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Floor Technicians and Logistics Technicians on shift.
• Monitor production in real time and address bottlenecks.
• Own quality control for shift and ensure specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and perform shift safety checks.
• Train and mentor frontline team members.
• Communicate shift performance and handoff notes to leadership.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment with maintenance/engineering as needed.
• Help develop SOPs, checklists, and training materials for AR-1.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and production logs.
