Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking personnel to operate and support plant equipment for sand and gravel production. The role requires performing routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs to keep operations running smoothly while assisting with material handling and loading activities.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety and teamwork in a dynamic, outdoor industrial setting. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour DOE, with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and plant machinery (sand and gravel production).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Assist with material handling, stockpiling, and loading activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
