Job summary

Cold Steppe Inc. in Arkansas is hiring a Logistics Technician to keep AR-1's biomass flow moving. You will receive feedstock, track inventory, stage shipments, and work with carriers. No prior experience required; training is provided, and you will join one of our first frontline teams.

This role stresses safety, accuracy, and teamwork as we scale AR-1 and future sites. Certification for forklift is preferred, but we will train you to operate equipment and follow all PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming feedstock and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory of feedstock and finished products.
• Stage, pack, and load outbound shipments on schedule.
• Coordinate with carriers as needed for outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely (certification training provided).
• Keep warehouse and yard organized with clear labeling and layout.
• Run basic quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipments.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements; speak up if unsafe.
• Collaborate with Floor Technician team to ensure continuous feedstock flow.
