Formación

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to deliver service quotations within defined timelines.
• Analyze customer installed base data, service support metrics, and account inputs to develop quote packages aligned with guidelines.
• Identify up-sell opportunities and present service options addressing customer requirements.
• Create and manage maintenance proposal collateral and maintain accurate documentation repositories.
• Evaluate current quoting tools and processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify customer inventory true-up opportunities that enhance maintenance revenue.
• Ensure services quotations align with Opportunity Management Process guidelines.

How You Will Make An Impact

The Must Haves

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in services quoting or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications or networking industry.
• Application of data analysis to develop accurate and competitive service quotations.
• Attention to documentation quality and data accuracy in quotation development.
• Utilization of verbal and written communication skills in cross-functional and customer-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Application of organizational and prioritization skills in deadline-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

• Education: MBA OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a business planning, pricing, or metric-type costing environment.
