PwC Buenos Aires Acceleration Center is seeking a Sales Operations & Digital Solutions Senior Analyst to support alliance sales, enablement, and data‑driven improvements across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You will analyze complex issues, mentor colleagues, drive cross‑functional projects, and help shape market alignment while upholding information security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing or PwC experience.
• Experience in process improvement and stakeholders management.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations workstreams to support alliance strategy and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with alliance leaders and internal teams.
• Translate market insights, pipeline data, and forecasting inputs into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate digital solution initiatives to improve sales program execution.
• Track performance metrics and inform sales planning.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure Information Security and Data Protection practices.
