Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Integration and Core Applications Engineer with Workato to join our full‑time team. You will design, implement, and optimize integrations across ERP, WMS, HRIS, and procurement platforms, focusing on reliability, scalability, and data quality.

This role spans collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, building repeatable procedures, automating DBA tasks, and ensuring 24x7 operations for mission‑critical systems in hybrid infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years API development experience.
• 5+ years in development, support, and maintenance of business‑critical integrations.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms and Workato.
• Deep knowledge of database development, ETL and integration tech.
• Experience with PL/SQL and database objects (triggers, procedures, functions).
• Automation of DBA tasks and performance tuning knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business and IT to define database standards.
• Design efficient and cost‑effective SQL Server solutions.
• Install, monitor, and maintain databases in production and non‑production.
• Support migration of databases to new platforms.
• Design HA solutions, replication, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Develop and support core apps such as ERP, WMS, S2P.
• Lead and coach junior engineers on design and implementation.
• Provide 24x7 DBA support and on‑call participation.
• Write PowerShell scripts for DB automation and maintenance.
