Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead the editing and optimization of video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. The role requires collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-quality, platform-ready videos for a North American audience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, advanced Premiere Pro skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color and sound design; apply smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to align visuals with goals.
• Organize video files and manage assets across projects.
