Sagan Recruitment seeks a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to work remotely, delivering high-retention YouTube videos and reels while meeting weekly deadlines.

You will analyze analytics, test hooks and thumbnails, manage a content calendar, and advise on concepts based on performance data. Independent contractor role with EST-friendly hours and USD monthly compensation.

Formación

• Proven video editing skills for long-form and short-form content.
• Strong graphic design sense with on-brand visuals.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio analytics and social platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Edit 1 high-retention long-form YouTube video and 4–5 short-form videos per week (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Analyze retention graphs to identify drop-off points and improve pacing in future edits.
• Experiment with weekly hooks and thumbnails to boost average view duration.
• Proactively manage the weekly content calendar and suggest video concepts based on performance data.

POSITION: Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Compensation: 2000 – 2600 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Edit 1 high-retention long-form YouTube video and 4–5 short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) per week.
• Analyze YouTube Studio and social media retention graphs to identify drop-off points and implement creative pacing fixes for future edits.
• Conduct weekly hook and thumbnail experiments to consistently increase average view duration quarter-over-quarter.
• Proactively manage the weekly content calendar and advise on upcoming video concepts based on performance data.
