Qualifikationen

• Proven experience editing for TikTok and Meta Ads with a portfolio/reel to share.
• Deep understanding of hooks, angles, and retention and ability to explain why a video works.
• Strong sense for making short-form content native and scroll-stopping, not overproduced.
• Ability to repurpose and reframe existing footage into new, high-performing clips.
• Proficiency in editing tools CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Fast, self-directed, and comfortable producing a high volume of creatives.

Aufgaben

• Edit high-retention, high-engagement short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads.

• Develop and execute different creative angles for the same product.
