Lemon Adds is seeking a senior creator to own end-to-end video and AI production for DTC brands. You will craft concepts, scripts, and shot lists, then direct production of paid social ads, UGC edits, and AI-generated content.

You will edit for Meta, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, combining creator footage with AI scenes, captions, and strong calls to action. A strong AI portfolio and fluent English are essential for LATAM-based, full-time work on US Pacific hours.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of finished DTC ecommerce ads used in paid campaigns.
• Strong direct-response instincts: a hook leads into product benefit, demonstration, proof, objections, and a reason to buy.
• Expert AI production skills demonstrated in completed commercial work, incl. realistic UGC-style video, consistent characters and products, lip sync, voice direction, and product motion.
• Advanced editing, motion graphics, compositing, and sound skills, identifying unnatural movement or pacing and delivering a professional finish.
• Creative ownership and strong awareness of US social media culture; ability to write natural English scripts, pitch ideas, and improve work through feedback.
• Professional written and spoken English and reliable remote collaboration; availability to work full-time US Pacific schedule from LATAM.
• Comfortable creating content for DTC brands including sexual wellness brands.

Responsabilités

• Develop original concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists; research products and social trends to generate creative ideas.
• Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with strong pacing and calls to action.
• Create AI UGC-style content with lip sync and sound design.
• Produce AI product videos and motion graphics with reference images, controlled generation, and consistent branding.
• Develop organic social concepts with openings, humor, memes, and repeatable formats.
• Collaborate with media buyers using retention, hook/hold rates, CTR, CPA, ROAS for creative improvements.
• Finish assets to a high standard and maintain organized source files and timelines.
